Delivery Time

• Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services in selected areas across Pakistan. COD availability will be confirmed during checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may request photos or additional information to assist with your claim.
